TARRIFS

Bookings

• A minimum deposit of $200 is required to secure your Booking. The remaining amount due is payable on or before your arrival.
• Mastercard, Visa and Direct credit are accepted. (Cheques not acccepted)
• If you prefer to provide your details by phone or make other payment arrangements, please advise us.
• Confirmation of your booking will be forwarded by email upon successful completion of your deposit payment.

Cancellation Policy

Casablanca Beachfront Apartments adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking.

MID & HIGH SEASON

• Booking cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival: refund less an administration fee.
• Booking cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date: no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

LOW SEASON

• Booking cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival: full refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
• Booking cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date: no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS

• Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

• A booking that has not been confirmed by a full deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
• A deposit of $200.00 (low and mid season) will confirm a booking.
• A deposit of $500 (high season) will confirm a booking, a $100 on making the booking with balance of deposit $400 payable 5 months prior to arrival date.
• The balance of the tariff is due on or before arrival.
